Over Karin
Karin Lambrechtse (1981) is sinds 2019 Sportdietist/Performance Nutritionist, Performance chef en FoodCoach coördinator bij Team Jumbo Visma, auteur van het sportkookboek SPORTables (2016 – Uitgeverij Loopvis) en oprichtster van Dansdiëtetiek Nederland (2017). Heel af en toe werkt ze nog in haar eigen praktijk in Arnhem (Performance Nutrition KL – PNKL), waar ze (prof.) dansers adviseert op het gebied van voeding en performance. Daarnaast geeft Karin voedingsles aan de dansers van BDD – Artez. Sporadisch kun je haar nog zien als freelance professioneel danseres, dansdocent, choreograaf of repetitor.
Nominaties en prijzen: Karin wordt geprezen om haar energie, kracht, danstechnische inzicht, mimiek en dynamiek. In 2006 leverde dit haar de aanmoedigingsprijs van Dansersfonds ’79 op, in 2012 en 2016 volgden nominaties voor de Danspublieksprijs en VIVA400. Haar afstudeer onderzoek onder dansers (lichaamssamenstelling en somatotype) werd in 2019 genomineerd voor NVVL Jaarprijs.
